In addition, you cannot send a follow-up inquiry from the same sign-in!!! Absurd! I see they didn’t mind getting paid immediately, but they certainly have close to THE WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I used PiZap’s contact form to ask if there was something else I needed to do, or? or? 5 days later, the stickers sets are STILL locked. Yes, the payment went through immediately. I DID love PiZap! THEN!!!!! I used PayPal to purchase 2 sets of the locked stickers. What do you think? Have you tried piZap PRO?
